WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track the shipping status of your order by the link from the shipping confirmation email sent to you. You may receive multiple tracking numbers depending on the number of items in your order and separate emails for each tracking number. The best way to track the shipping status is on https://global.cainiao.com. Please note that some tracking numbers will have limited details once it has left its origin country but the package is still on its way. If you have not received your order by the allotted time, please let us know.
VAT
WILL I BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS FEES OR IMPORT TAXES?
Every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. Duties are calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods (quantity and value of the items being shipped + any insurance that may be associated + shipping cost). Unlike duties and similar to sales tax, VAT is fixed to a percentage that varies from country to country. You should be aware that all packages shipped internationally is subject to VAT or Value Added Tax (in other regions, it may be called a goods and services tax, or GST). As per recent regulations, we have paid any taxes on your order. It is unlikely that you will have any additional duties due, however, some regulations may differ. Any duties and VAT on your international shipment are delivery duty unpaid (DDU) and will be billed directly to you by the global carrier.

HOW LONG DOES PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TAKE?
Please allow 2-4 days for your order to be processed after your purchase is complete. Standard shipping is delivered by your local post and usually takes between 14-22 days depending on location and customs processing times.
DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
We also offer expedited shipping for an extra cost. Shipping usually takes between 5-7 days depending on location and carrier. Cost is based on item weight, dimensions and location. Please email info@bmessentials.com with item title and shipping location for a custom quote.
Returns & Refunds

Our return policy lasts 30 days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To return your product, please email us at info@BMEssentials.com for a return authorization. Upon approval, you will be required to pay for postage.
Refunds:
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is rejected. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-5 days.
